We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to rewarding you for your efforts in promoting our brands: Atlantica Hotels & Resorts | Mare Resorts | AMOH | Aphrodite Hills.
To ensure the program runs smoothly for everyone, we’ve set out a few terms and conditions:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.
INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION
This program is strictly for individual travel agents only. Collective, shared, or agency-wide accounts are not permitted. Each travel agent must register and maintain their own personal account.
All bookings registered under the program must be personally made by the account holder. Bookings cannot be transferred, shared, or submitted on behalf of colleagues. Additionally, bookings sourced from third-party websites or online platforms are not eligible. Only direct bookings made by the registered agent will be accepted.
Please note that the system actively monitors usage. Suspicious or unusually high-volume activity may be flagged and investigated on an individual basis, and action may be taken if misuse is identified.
2.
BOOKING REGISTRATION
Only the booking agent who made the reservation is permitted to register the booking to their account. Customer data should not be shared and is considered confidential.
Bookings must be registered on the portal either up to the date of travel or within two (2) weeks after the travel date.
Credits for bookings will be applied to your account balance within five (5) working days after the guest has completed their stay in full.
Bookings can only be registered once, and any duplications will be flagged by the system and may be investigated further.
3.
KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVE
Accounts that remain inactive for five (5) years will be automatically closed.
4.
MAINTAINING YOUR TIER LEVEL
To retain your current tier level, you must meet the required number of bookings within a rolling 12-month period. The following thresholds apply:

Level 1: 0–9 bookings per year

Level 2: 10–99 bookings per year

Level 3: 100+ bookings per year
If you fail to meet the required bookings for your tier level within the rolling year, your tier level will be downgraded, and the associated benefits will be adjusted accordingly, no exceptions to this rule will be made.

5.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
You are responsible for keeping your personal profile information up-to-date. This helps us ensure you enjoy the full benefits of the program.
6.
EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the Wavemaker-Pro Partners Club, you must be employed by a registered travel agency.
7.
DEFINITION OF POINTS
Any points credited to your account ("Points") have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for any form of currency or monetary equivalents.
Points are provided solely for the purpose of rewarding loyalty and cannot be used for any other purpose or exchanged for goods, services, or financial rewards. Points have no intrinsic value.
8.
REDEMPTION OF POINTS
Points can only be redeemed for free nights at participating properties. The number of Points required for a free night may vary depending on factors such as star rating, season, duration, and number of people travelling. This is subject to change without prior notice.
At the time of travel, you must still be employed by a registered travel agency to redeem your points. If you leave your travel agency or the travel industry, your account will be deactivated, and any remaining points will be forfeited.
9.
MODIFICATION OF BOOKING
Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability.
Modifications requested more than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date may be made, subject to availability.
Modifications requested within three (3) weeks of the scheduled arrival date are limited to:
- Changes to the board basis; and/or
- Application of additional points of the booking
No other amendments will be permitted within this timeframe.
A maximum of two (2) modifications may be made per booking confirmation. No further changes will be permitted once this limited has been reached.
10.
CANCELATION
If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so without any loss of points up to three weeks before your travel date. Cancellations made within three weeks of travel will result in a full loss of points.
If leaving your business: Any confirmed stays prior to the termination of your contract will be cancelled. However, you will have the opportunity to rebook them using our direct rates listed on our customer-facing website.
Unable to travel due to sickness:
We understand that illness can sometimes disrupt planned holidays. However, if you are unable to travel at the last minute and your cancellation is made within the 3-week period prior to travel, this will normally result in a full loss of points.
Exceptions may be considered if valid proof is provided in the form of either:

Written confirmation from your line manager or regional manager, or
-
Official documentation of flight cancellation.
11.
POINTS OWNERSHIP
Points earned through this program are non-transferable and remain the property of Wavemaker Hospitality Ltd.
12.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Points system, including the ability to redeem Points, at any time without prior notice. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, adjusting the required Points for free nights, modifying expiration dates, or removing participating properties.
13.
INVESTIGATING MISUE
Any misuse of the system will be taken seriously. If necessary, we may share details with your travel agency manager or head office to address any concerns.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account's ability to earn or redeem Points if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or other violations of the Terms and Conditions.
